About E. M. Duesel

E. M. Duesel is a sociologist and writer. The art of storytelling is of great importance in her work, as she uses tales intertwined with facts and has a wonderful time doing it. Social findings are molded into brilliant characters and plot twists for the entertainment of her readers who have as much fun reading them as Duesel has writing them. Her novels are an artistic reflection of reality.

Duesel currently resides in her hometown in Indiana with three children, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren and five grand-fur babies. Her writing is her passion as is teaching sociology to college students. Opening eyes to the world using a broader lens brings her great satisfaction.

E.M. believes in giving back to her community and has an interest in local and national politics. Before semi-retirement, she worked as a community leader and executive director of agencies that assisted the poor and the homeless.  She currently advocates for the U.S. homeless and people in poverty.
